About the Role

As our Senior Business Integration Manager, you'll be at the forefront of delivering seamless integrations between our cutting-edge API technology and our clients' intricate systems. Reporting directly to the SVP of Professional Services, you'll own the entire integration lifecycle – from initial discovery and requirements gathering to successful implementation and ongoing support for our diverse client base.

This isn't just a management role; it's a leadership position where you'll empower a team of talented Business Integration Managers, directly influencing their growth and the overall excellence of our service delivery. You'll be the voice of our customers, translating complex operational needs into robust technical solutions, ensuring every integration drives measurable value and exceptional customer satisfaction. This is a highly customer-facing role where your ability to build rapport and clearly communicate will be paramount.

What You'll Do

  • Lead with Vision: Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and oversight to a team of Business Integration Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive Customer Success: Spearhead new and existing client engagements, conducting deep-dive discovery, documenting precise requirements, and ensuring successful implementation of critical interfaces. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, offering innovative problem resolutions and alternative approaches. Your exceptional communication skills will be essential in understanding client needs and articulating solutions effectively.

  • Orchestrate Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with Professional Services, project management, and development teams to translate business needs into clear system designs, interface specifications, and prioritized product features. You'll actively participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.

  • Build & Develop Talent: Recruit, train, and develop a global team, creating clear career paths and fostering an environment where talent thrives. You'll champion knowledge sharing and continuous process improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure Excellence: Oversee quality control for all airline and rail application integration projects, providing expert insight and support, and delivering consistent, high-quality results.


What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within enterprise software, demonstrating a deep understanding of complex software solutions.
  • Proven leadership in managing and mentoring technical or integration teams.

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex client discussions and articulate technical concepts clearly and persuasively. Your ability to listen actively and present information concisely will be key to your success.

  • Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle, including proficiency with tools like Jira and Confluence.

  • A strong yet flexible execution focus with a meticulous attention to detail and a relentless drive for results.

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

  • Business and technical acumen: A solid understanding of business operations, processes, and technical solutions.

  • Experience in airline and/or rail crew management is highly desired, providing invaluable industry context.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

  • Willingness to travel up to 20% to engage with clients and teams.
