API is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven professional to join our team as a Hotel Relationship Manager. This individual will play a critical role in fostering and managing strong relationships with our hotel partners globally. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of hands-on hotel experience, possess outstanding multitasking abilities, and excel in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for hotel partners and maintain open, professional, and solution-driven communication at all times.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key hotel stakeholders to ensure alignment with client needs and API service standards.
  • Resolve issues and address feedback promptly, acting as the liaison between hotel partners and internal API teams.
  • Regularly engage in partnership meetings and relationship reviews to reinforce partnerships and maintain service standards.
  • Plan and facilitate meetings with hotel partners at company headquarters.
  • Organize and host collaborative sessions with hotel partners at our headquarters.

Partner Account Oversight
  • Support the execution of hotel commission agreement templates, contracts, renewals, and addendums in collaboration with the Account Management and Legal teams.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting team to track and resolve outstanding hotel commission payments and ensure timely receipt of supporting documentation.
  • Partner with the Technology team to explore innovative solutions that elevate client satisfaction and provide better access to key operational data.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
Full-time position with core business hours of Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Occasional evening or weekend work and up to 25% travel required.

Good Faith Compensation
$50,000.00–$60,000.00 annually

Required Education and Experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience working in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Strong background in client service and vendor relationship management
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Powerpoint
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working with global partners and diverse cultures

Preferred Experience
  • Familiarity with the airline or travel industry
  • Prior experience in corporate travel or crew accommodation services
  • Working knowledge of travel industry systems such as GDS, HotelExpress, or similar platforms
  • Prior experience with Salesforce is desirable

This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
